This past Sunday, Rainhill CC Academy players experienced a comprehensive three-hour training session that was nothing short of inspirational. Under the expert guidance of one of our dedicated coaches, Ray, the team underwent an extensive programme designed to sharpen their skills across all facets of the game.

Our young cricketers focused on batting and bowling drills in nets, and they were provided one-on-one feedback. Every player, from the budding all-rounder to the spin specialist, benefitted from the targeted advice and hands-on practice, ensuring that their individual skills were given the spotlight.

Fielding is where games are often won or lost, and our coaches know this all too well. Paul and Mike led the squad through a series of specific fielding drills that focused on agility, catching, and throwing accuracy.
