This week, four of our promising juniors received the news that had clinched coveted spots in the Liverpool Comp Inter League Squads for 2024. Nathan Lawler (U14), Olivier Clifford (U14), Olivier Smedley (U14), and Ayaan Maheshwari (U12) stood out among tough competition at the recent trials.
The trials drew a crowd of talented young cricketers, making the selection process intense. But Nathan, Olivier, Olivier, and Ayaan showcased their skills and dedication, earning their spots in their respective squads. This opportunity opens doors to county cricket and celebrates their hard work.
As they represent Rainhill over the course of the summer, they’ve got the full support of their club members, and coaches. It’s a proud moment for the club and a boost for these promising players.
